I just bought a poster of Elena from Movie Poster. My Question is, can I publish it on Wikipedia and under what license?

That's a misunderstanding. MoviePosterDB ist not a poster shop. And even if you bought a poster somewhere, this wouldn't change a thing in regard to copyrights.
It may be possible that you can use a (low resolution) image of the poster at Wikipedia. But you really should ask that at Wikipedia - not here. 😄
