Even though i have not reached my upload limit , since around 7-8 hours i am getting the error message asking me to wait till my uploads r moderated. Any mods know why?

Hello,

Yes, your quota has been slightly reduced because the quality of your uploads lately has been kinda low. I can't exactly tell you the new number but it must be -2 or smt like that.
